These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to everyone who visits the dojofood.com website (the "Site"), published by dojofood, Inc. ("dojofood", "we"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
1. What these Terms cover
These Terms cover the website only: its pages, resources, forms, the chat window and the hardware quote basket.
Use of the dojofood platform (the web portal, the mobile app, the point-of-sale and kitchen applications) is governed by two separate texts:
- For your business, the dojofood Subscription Agreement, accepted on the business's behalf by the person who opens the account, places the order or pays.
- For each user, the dojofood User Terms, accepted at first login.
Personal data in the platform is governed by the Data Processing Agreement. Your data as a website visitor is covered by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
2. Using the Site
You use the Site lawfully. Attempting to disrupt it, gaining or attempting unauthorised access, scraping it with automated tools and interfering with how it works are prohibited. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit through the forms and the chat window.
3. Content and intellectual property
The text, images, logos and software on the Site belong to dojofood, Inc. or its licensors. "dojofood" and the dojofood logo are trademarks of dojofood, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the content without our written permission. Articles in the Resources section are general information, not legal, financial or tax advice.
4. Prices and quotes
Product information shown on the Site and the hardware quote basket are not a binding offer. Binding commercial terms appear only in the Quote sent to you and in the Subscription Agreement. In Türkiye, hardware is sold separately under the Hardware Sales Terms.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
6. Liability
The Site is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Site. Liability that cannot be limited under applicable law is not limited.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version, with its update date, is published on this page.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local law applies to you.
