Hardware Sales Terms (Türkiye)

In Türkiye, hardware from the dojofood catalog (POS terminals, fiscal POS devices, tablets, printers, kitchen displays, handhelds, cash drawers and accessories) is sold by Neoura Bilgi Teknolojileri ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi acting as a reseller. Each sale is made on a separate proforma and invoice under Neoura's Hardware Sales Terms. The terms are published in Turkish, and the Turkish text is the binding one; read them on the Turkish edition of this page.

Hardware is not part of the dojofood Subscription Agreement (section 9.4). Warranty and service follow the manufacturer's own policy through its authorised service network, and a hardware fault gives no claim, credit or termination right under the subscription.
