Neoura KVKK Privacy Notice (Türkiye)

Businesses established in Türkiye receive dojofood from Neoura Bilgi Teknolojileri ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi ("Neoura") under the Turkish-language dojofood Subscription Agreement. For the personal data Neoura holds about its customers for its own purposes, the person who opens the account, the Account Administrator, the billing contact and the Support Contacts, Neoura is the data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

  • Data: name, role, e-mail address, telephone number, business and billing details, the acceptance record of the Subscription Agreement, support tickets and correspondence.
  • Purposes: concluding and performing the Subscription Agreement, invoicing (e-Fatura and e-Arşiv Fatura), support, notices under the Agreement, account security, and legal obligations such as bookkeeping retention.
  • Legal bases: KVKK Article 5(2)(c) performance of a contract, (ç) legal obligation and (f) legitimate interests; explicit consent only where a cross-border transfer requires it under Article 9.
  • Recipients: dojofood, Inc. (platform operator, United States; main database and application servers in Germany today), e-document integrators, payment institutions, accountants and auditors, and public authorities where the law requires.
  • Retention: for the term of the Agreement and then for the periods tax and commercial law require; the acceptance record for ten years.
  • Your rights: the rights in KVKK Article 11, exercised by writing to [email protected] or to the postal address above; Neoura answers within thirty days.

For the personal data your business enters into the platform (guests, account customers, staff), your business is the controller and Neoura is the processor under the Data Processing Agreement, Türkiye version.
