How does the demo work?
Once you ask for one we get in touch by phone or email. At a time that suits you, in your restaurant or over a video call, we walk through dojofood end to end on real scenarios, live. Then we open your free demo account and send you the credentials so you can try it yourself.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You start with a 7 day free trial. After you buy, a 30 day money back guarantee applies as well: if you are not happy, we refund the unused part of what you paid.
Is it hard to move over from my current system?
Not at all. You upload a photo of your current menu, its PDF, or a link to it; the AI moves the menu across in seconds and your whole menu lands in dojofood. Then the setup wizard takes you through your basic restaurant settings in about 10 minutes and you are working.
Which delivery platforms are you integrated with?
In Türkiye we are integrated with Yemeksepeti, Uber Eats, Trendyol Go and Migros Yemek. All of them run on one screen, from one catalog. The detail is on the delivery integrations page.
Do you integrate with fiscal POS devices?
Yes. We integrate with the fiscal POS devices widely used in the market: Pavo, Worldline (Ingenico), PAX, Beko and Hugin.
Are you e-Adisyon compliant?
Yes, we have the e-Adisyon integration. The adisyon opens digitally, closes digitally and is reported to the tax authority.
